Terms & Agreement
I understand that this involves being paired with a stranger chosen by the organizer for a blind date photography experience. I agree to participate willingly, with an open mind, and in a respectful manner. I consent to be photographed, video recorded, and audio recorded during the session. I grant the photographer full rights to use this content (including photos and behind-the scenes footage) for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. (This is unless you check for us not to share) I also agree to conduct myself safely and respectfully. I understand that the photographer is hosting a creative session and is not liable for the personal choices or actions of the participants before, during, or after the shoot. I understand that, another person is relying on me to show up. I agree to communicate promptly and confirm my attendance. If an emergency arises, I will notify the photographer immediately. I also understand that all terms are final and MCPA has no control over what happens before or after the session.

Some events may have alcohol so all of our contest must be 21+ and able to verify with id on the day of the event.
While we collect data to find you a compatible match, as photographers, not a licensed matchmaking professional, we have no guarantees regarding romantic success or safety after our sessions. In the event you have purchased a session and we are unable to find your match within 30 days 100% off your fees will be refunded.
