Your name and the photos from the photo session will be on our public page only in the event you are a selected winner or if you are chosen for our Bachelor/Bachelorette of the month. Once you apply your application will stay on file and only available for review from our team ONLY. In the event we find you a perfect match in the future we will reach out to see if you are still interested. Please feel free to delete your application and be taken out of the list anytime. Applying to the contest does not grant us the right to publish your images commercially; however, selecting the winning prize is contingent upon giving us promotional use of the session's media.

While we collect data to find you a compatible match, as photographers, not a licensed matchmaking professional, we have no guarantees regarding romantic success or safety after our sessions. In the event you have purchased a session and we are unable to find your match within 30 days 100% off your fees will be refunded.

Some events may have alcohol so all of our contest must be 21+ and able to verify with id on the day of the event.
